You've Probably Already Heard... Google Music Search

So I've been running around Ohio these last couple days, seeing the family, touring libraries, and helping a friend with stage readings of his Paul Lynde play. Quite a good time really, though it doesn't leave much time for blogging... so I'm just catching up on some things now.

In case you're one of the few who hasn't heard about Google's Music Search service, you can check it out here. I started off by looking for a specific search interface for music (like Google Blog Search), but I see that you just use the regular Google search bar, and if the artists picture and name comes up at the top, then you can click on that to get Google-gathered info about them.

I almost always use Ani as my DeFault search, but a close second is Joan Armatrading. I was (really) surprised to see that she didn't have one of these special links. However, I did find a sponsor link on the right, to a live archive show from KCRW from 1995!
