Mixed Bag: Catie, Cyndi, Ani and Iron & Wine



Catie Curtis has released a new song on her website, not connected to any album. As always, Catie charms me with her lyrics and melodies... Here's what she says about it:

"People Look Around," a new song I co-wrote with Mark Erelli, is now available for streaming and download under "MUSIC," above or just click on the listen button to the right on this home page. I've also discovered that Cyndi Lauper is releasing a new album called "The Body Acoustic" with some guest appearances. Ani DiFranco to be included!

The new album will be released on November 8th. The album will be an acoustic career retrospective record with 9 career songs and 2 new songs. It will be a dual disc, so there will be some video footage on the album.
