Warning: Canine Action



This was the warning on SoundGenerator.com for the new video for "Smoke It" by the Dandy Warhols. Gotta love it... This is from their upcoming album, due September 12!! I'm so damn excited about it. I liked their last album "Welcome to the Monkey House" but I really hope this album is as good as the one before... "Thirteen Tales from Urban Bohemia" :) Click on the picture to see the video.

I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye out for these guys performing around here (hopefully the Grog or the Agora). I saw them in Detroit back in '98 and I can't wait to see them again.

'Smoke it' heralds the return of hooky rock act the Dandy Warhols.

Hitting shops across Europe from August 29, the song's video features the band performing the song in the Odditorium, their Portland studio, for 40 visibly impressed dogs.

'The track is the first single to be lifted from The Dandy Warhols new album 'Odditorium or Warlords of Mars', released September 12th. The band can also currently be seen as co-stars of Ondi Timoner's hit documentary film 'Dig!', winner of the Grand Jury Prize Documentary at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival, which chronicles the relationship between the Dandy's and friends the Brian Jonestown Massacre.
