Cleveland Concert Update / Band of Horses, Wilco, British Sea Power, etc.

Hope this new year has been treating you well... Here's some exciting shows coming to the Cleveland area:

But FIRST! Let me say how excited I am to hear the Euclid Tavern is opening it's doors again!! I loved Light of Day back in the day, and I was bummed when I moved here and found out the bar was closed. Find out more here.

On to the Concert Updates:

Three Girls & Their Buddy (Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, Shawn Colvin, Buddy Miller) @ the Allen Theater on Thursday, Jan. 24th. If you haven't seen these guys in the round before, it's a MUST!

Band of Horses, Cass McCombs @ Beachland Ballroom on Friday, Jan. 25th. SOLD OUT!!! (and for good reason)

Alanis Morissette @ Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday, Feb. 7th. This would be a free tickets only show for me, but I still pay attention to what she's doing.

Stacey Earle @ Beachland Tavern, Thursday, Feb. 7th. I haven't caught up with Stacey in a while, but you can't go wrong being Steve Earle's sister.

The Bravery @ Agora on Saturday, Feb. 16th. A little unsure about this show and their big-label ways...

Wilco @ Lakewood Civic Auditorium on Friday, Feb. 22nd. Need I say more?

Lucy Kaplansky @ Beachland Ballroom, Sunday, Feb. 24th. If she's touring on a new album, I'll definitely be there.

Limbeck @ Grog Shop on Tuesday, Feb. 26th.

Bob Mould @ Grog Shop on Saturday, March 8th.

British Sea Power @ Grog Shop on Wednesday, March 26th.

Explosions in the Sky @ Beachland Ballroom on Thursday, April 3rd.

Shows Elswhere:

Ani DiFranco @ Carnegie Library Music Hall on Sunday, March 2nd

Dolly Parton @ Benedum Center on Monday, March 3rd. VERY tempting.

Ani DiFranco @ Lifestyles Community Pavilion on Wed. March 5th.

New Pornographers & Okkervil River @ Carnegie Music Hall on Saturday, April 24th.
